Support was friendly and did answer my question about the order, so I’ll give them credit for that. But i was getting a little impatient waiting for replies. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just expected it to move quicker

I ordered this sweater kind of on impulse, and I’m so glad I did. It looked just like the photos and matched the description perfectly. The color, fit, and fabric were all exactly what I expected. it was such a relief to open the package and have no weird surprises

You can tell it was made with some care. I noticed the small details too, like the seams and the finish around the cuffs, and it all just felt nicely done without looking overworked.

I’ve worn it a handful of times already, maybe three or four, and it still looks great. It feels like something that’ll hold up for a while, so I’d give it 5 stars.
